This monthly photo competition gives customers like you the chance to share their setup, connect with the Global community, and go into the draw to win a monthly prize.

What Is the Show Us Your Setup Campaign?

Show Us Your Setup is a monthly photo competition inviting customers to submit photos of Global Rotomoulding products in use.

Your setup might include a tank on a rural property, a product fitted to a vehicle, equipment used in civil works, or a practical installation in an industrial environment. If it shows a Global product working in a real-world setting, we want to see it.

The campaign is about more than just photos. It is a way to:

How to Enter Show Us Your Setup

Entering the monthly competition is simple.

To participate, submit a photo showing a Global Rotomoulding product in use, installed, or operating in a real-world environment.

Your entry may be submitted through nominated campaign channels, which may include:

• A social media comment
• A social media post
• A direct message
• An email
• Another entry method nominated by Global Rotomoulding

You may also be asked to include a brief description of your setup. This helps us understand where the product is being used and how it supports your day-to-day work.

What Makes a Strong Entry?

You do not need a professional camera or polished photography skills. A clear, honest photo is enough.

A strong entry may show:

• A Global product installed and ready for use
• A product operating safely in the field
• A practical farm, transport, civil, industrial, or rural setup
• A clean view of how the product fits into your operation
• A short note explaining what the setup is used for

Common mistake: submitting a photo that does not clearly show the Global product. Before you send it, check that the product is visible and easy to identify.

You’ll know you’re on track if someone can look at your photo and quickly understand the setup.

What is the Monthly Prize? An $80 Fuel Voucher

Each month, one winner will be selected by random draw. The monthly prize is currently one $80 fuel voucher. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Global Rotomoulding also reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal value if needed.

Winners will be drawn within seven days of the end of each month and notified using the contact details or platform used to submit the entry. If you are entering through social media, keep an eye on your messages. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, Global Rotomoulding may redraw the prize.

Promotion Period

• Show Us Your Setup runs monthly. Entries received between the first and last day of each calendar month will be included in that month’s draw.

Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over only.
• Employees of Global Rotomoulding Pty Ltd and their immediate family members may enter, but are not eligible to win unless otherwise approved by management.
• One (1) winner will be selected by random draw within seven (7) days of the end of each calendar month.
• Winners will be notified using the contact details or platform used at the time of entry submission.
• If a winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days of the initial notification attempt, Global Rotomoulding reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

Multiple Entries

• Multiple entries are allowed, as long as each submission is a unique image.
• If you have several Global products in use across different setups, you are welcome to submit more than one photo.

Image Ownership and Permission

By entering, you confirm that:

• You own the image or have permission from the image owner to submit it.
• Any people shown in the image have given permission for their image to be used.
• Global Rotomoulding may use the submitted image and accompanying content for promotional and marketing purposes.
• By entering, participants grant Global Rotomoulding Pty Ltd an ongoing, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, and share submitted images and related content for promotional and marketing purposes across social media, websites, advertising materials, printed materials, email campaigns, and future promotional activities without further compensation.

Other Terms and Conditions

Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of the applicable Terms and Conditions.

Entries that contain offensive, misleading, unlawful, or inappropriate content, infringe third-party rights, or depict unsafe work practices, unsafe vehicle operation, unsecured loads, unsafe towing, missing restraints, or other unsafe conduct may be removed or disqualified at Global Rotomoulding’s sole discretion.

Global Rotomoulding Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected, or technically affected entries, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

To the extent permitted by law, Global Rotomoulding Pty Ltd is not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in the promotion or use of the prize.

Personal information collected during the promotion will be used to administer the competition and associated promotional activities and will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws.

Global Rotomoulding reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time where necessary.

Decisions regarding eligibility, entry validity, and winner selection are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
