Shipping Policy
Refer to the shipping zones for each product (listed as the Freight Fee) for our standard shipping rates. If your shipping address is outside of the zones listed in the shipping zone map, or would like a custom shipping quote, select the “Please quote freight fees” option and our staff will be in contact with a quote .
Staff will consult with you about delivery covering the following things:
- All payments must be finalised before the product is dispatched for delivery.
- Clear access for a truck and trailer combination which is 19m long, 3.5m wide and 5m high.
- If access is not provided or impossible, the driver will leave the tanks at the nearest possible place.
- Global Rotomoulding Pty Ltd supplies one delivery driver for the delivery of tanks. Tanks that require positioning require the customer to have appropriate help or machinery on hand to properly position tanks.
- We do not provide installation or connection of products (You will need to engage a plumber)
- Please be aware, if the driver feels the unloading of the product could cause damage to the product or your property they will request you sign a waiver that any damage will be your responsibility.

As per legislative requirements and in order to comply with the Australian Standards (AS/NZ4766), our Plastic Suppliers have removed all heavy metals from the manufacturing process of the plastic resin used to manufacture tanks. Subsequently, the colour may not be as stay fast as previous. Washing the tank and keeping it clean will assist in maintaining colour.

Exchange Policy
- We only exchange, replace, refund items that are defective from the manufacturing process.
- Your refund request needs to be provided in writing via email with proof of your purchase.
- You will be requested to provide detailed, wide angle photos of the product and reported issue, along with a completed warranty form.
- Our staff will contact you regarding the refund process.
- You will be asked to supply the following bank information so that we can process your refund:
- Name
- Bank Name
- BSB
- Account Number
Cancellation Policy
Please understand your product is built to order. Your product goes through a rotational moulding process. Your colour selection and fit-out make your tank unique. Below is our cancellation policy.
If the product has not gone into production there will be no cancellation fee.
If the product has been manufactured but not fitted out there will be no cancellation fee.
If the product has been manufactured and fitted out there will be a restocking fee (TBA).
If the product has been manufactured and fitted out with attempted delivery their will be a restocking fee (TBA).
Refunds or partial refunds for delivered, received, and paid orders will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and upon management review.
