- Producing product trials to define the best production process
- Generating production notes to ensure products are made consistently.
- Developing Quality control checks for each product; Such as target measurement, Demould temperatures, Ultra sound thickness tests, leak testing.
- Using a production schedule and Quality Control App to ensure production of high quality products in a timely manner. The App has custom quality checks for each product and has a fault process with root cause analysis.
- Utilising an Enterprise Resource program (ERP) to handle, Customer Resource management, Inventory control, Production Scheduling and logistics.
- Using an ERP and Production scheduling QA App that communicates across an API ensuring high quality data integrity.
- Producing barcoded products that can be tracked from Sales order to delivery, QA Data sheets for all items produced are available.
