The Large Baffle Bone is an innovative solution designed to control water movement in cartage tanks, specifically during braking and turning, ensuring enhanced safety and stability during liquid transport. Both the small and large baffle bones have been meticulously tested to perform effectively with water.

With its large surface area and low volume displacement, the Large Baffle Bone effectively reduces liquid sloshing inside tanks, improving vehicle handling and safety. Manufactured using injection-molded high-density polyethylene (HDPE), it meets the Road Traffic Authority (RTA) restraint guidelines, ensuring compliance and reliability. Tanks fitted with these baffle bones are fully tested to handle water, providing superior performance during transport operations.
